Exceptional Quality Shower Doors Mar 1, 2025

We did 2 bathroom remodels and got shower doors/glass for both remodels from Valencia Custom Shower Doors. After about a year, one of the plastic trims on the end of one of the glass doors started to wear and come apart. I had a hard time finding the exact type of trim, so I called Valencia Custom Shower Doors, and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful in getting me the correct plastic trim. I offered to pay, and he told me not to worry about it. The shower door installation was flawless, the shower doors are exceptional quality, and the customer service, as stated here, was above and beyond. We will refer people to this business; they are top notch all around.

I contacted Valencia Shower Doors when I was taking on the project of being my own general contractor for a small bathroom remodel. Stuart was helpful in guiding me in the right direction as a newbie to bathroom remodel. When it came time, we used Valencia Custom Shower Doors for our shower door and could not be happier we did. We needed a slight adjustment to our door and Stuart was quick to respond to my text and to fix the problem. Wonderful job installing shower glass Dec 12, 2024

Valencia Custom Shower Doors did a wonderful job installing the custom glass on my new shower. Their selection of design choices was great. I went with a brushed gold colored finish on the hardware and added a much-needed towel bar on the stationary part of the glass. The highlight of the shower is the Starphire low-iron glass, which was the perfect option for my subtle cream-colored design. It really showcases the tile's true color and beauty. We also added a 10-foot-long beveled mirror, which I feel was absolutely worth it to top off the entire new bathroom design. A great big thank you to Stuart, Mike, Leo, and the rest of the Valencia Shower team.

After 15 years since our remodel, the hinges on our unframed glass shower door were getting compromised. I found Valencia Shower Door on Angi and gave them a call. Stuart answered right away. I told him what was going on and sent him detailed pictures and measurements. The biggest concern was that the original work had been done 15 years earlier so there was a question of finding the specific replacement parts. Six days after my initial contact with Stuart, the correct hinges, door handles, stripping, and seals were all effortlessly replaced. Ray, and his assistant Carlos, were efficient, exceedingly professional and polite, and left the space immaculate. All told it took about 30 minutes. A perfect example of how to run a business and to treat your customers. An enthusiastic recommendation on all fronts.
